1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kwelxtracking.com (the “Website”) operated by ALPHA USA TRUCKING INC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Our Services
ALPHA USA TRUCKING INC provides truckload freight transportation by road within the contiguous United States, including dry van, refrigerated (reefer), flatbed, tanker, heavy haul / oversize and dump / bulk freight services. We do not provide ocean, air, rail or international transportation.
Information on the Website is provided for general purposes only. Availability of equipment and service on a particular lane or date depends on location, freight characteristics, permits and applicable regulations.
3. Quote Requests and Rates
- Submitting a request through the Website is free and does not create an obligation for you or for us.
- Any price given through the Website, by phone or by e-mail is an estimate based on the information you provide. A shipment is booked only when both parties confirm the rate, equipment, pickup and delivery details in writing (for example, by a rate confirmation or e-mail).
- Rates may change if the actual freight, weight, dimensions, locations, dates or handling requirements differ from those in the request.
- Additional charges (accessorials) such as detention, layover, extra stops, driver assist, tarping, permits, escorts or truck-ordered-not-used may apply only when they are agreed in advance or incurred under the terms of the confirmed booking.
- Payment terms are stated in the rate confirmation or invoice.
4. Shipper Responsibilities
When you tender freight to us you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the freight, including its description, weight, dimensions, value and any special handling or temperature requirements;
- Properly package, palletize and label the freight for safe road transportation, unless loading and securement by the carrier have been agreed;
- Declare any hazardous materials and provide the shipping papers, markings and placards required by federal regulations — undeclared hazardous materials will not be transported;
- Ensure safe access and reasonable loading and unloading times at the pickup and delivery locations;
- Tender only freight that you are legally entitled to ship and that may be lawfully transported.
5. Transportation, Documents and Delivery
Each shipment moves under a bill of lading. Pickup and delivery times are scheduled in good faith; however, transit may be affected by weather, road closures, traffic, inspections, mechanical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will inform you promptly about any significant delay.
Oversize and overweight loads move only with the permits, routes and escort vehicles required by each state.
6. Loss, Damage and Claims
Carrier liability for loss of or damage to freight is governed by the bill of lading and applicable federal law, including 49 U.S.C. § 14706 (the Carmack Amendment), and may be limited as stated in the shipping documents. Any exceptions (shortage or visible damage) should be noted on the delivery receipt when the freight is received.
Written claims for loss or damage must be filed within nine (9) months after delivery, or after a reasonable time for delivery has passed if the freight was not delivered. Please contact us using the details below to start a claim.

Liability related to a specific shipment is governed by the bill of lading, the confirmed booking and applicable federal law. 12. Indemnification
